Within 14 business days after you have received your product, you can exchange or request a refund for the product you purchased.
As we would like to personally manage your return or exchange, we request you send us an email.
The item you want to return must be sent by courier or certified mail with the original shipping materials.
Items must be returned new, unused and with all Somos Fibra tags.
Damaged, dirty or altered products will be returned at your expense.
The item successfully returned will be credited to the credit card used to buy it, minus any tax incurred.
Please note that the refund may take up to 10 business days to be credited to your account.
We recommend that you save the receipt as proof that the package was sent.
Once the return has been received and processed, we will notify you by email.
